Join us for Drink in Design on Thursday, February 9 as students from Portfolio Center guide you through MODA’s newest exhibition, Stories in Form: Chair Design by Portfolio Center, an exhibition honoring history and design through the medium of the chair.
During Drink in Design, you will learn about the historical design periods and personal stories that inspired these unique chairs, as well as their design process and fabrication.

Our new shop, Switch Modern MODA, is a collaboration between the Museum of Design Atlanta and Switch Modern, the premiere modern furniture and accessories showroom in Atlanta, Georgia.

Passione Italiana: Design of the Italian Motorcycle
The Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA), in association with the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, introduces Passione Italiana – an examination of the astonishing design passion and technological advancement behind the most desired motorcycles in the world. This exhibition presents eleven masterpieces of Italian motorcycle design spanning the last five decades including motorcycles by MV Agusta, Ducati, Bimota and Moto – Morini.
The exhibit will be on display through June 13.
Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and military, and $5 for students and children over 5.
